Things people ask.
Can a server owner remove negative reviews?
No. Only the author can edit or delete their own review, and only our moderation team can remove one, always with a public reason. That's the whole point.
What stops fake or spam reviews?
Members vote on every review and anyone can report one. Our team removes those that break the rules. Servers can also limit reviews to a role, like Customer, and cap how many each member can leave.
What if staff delete a review post in Discord?
The review still counts and stays on your public page, which shows how many review posts staff have deleted.
What if our server is deleted or banned?
Create a recovery key from the dashboard. Enter it on your new server and every review moves across, with the move shown on both pages.
